Outside:
Large Private Patio for grilling on the gas BBQ, dining, sipping wine, and relaxing with beautiful mountain views.  Step from the patio to the gazebo and slip into your private hot tub (bathrobes provided). Private acres of hills and meadows with oak and manzanita trees. Front orchard has figs, olives, almonds, walnuts and dozens of other fruit and nut trees. Our sunny hillside is now ready to nurture 4,440 baby Bordeaux vines.

Inside:
Two separate bedrooms with air-conditioning, bath robes, fine linens. Tiled bathroom with roman shower.  King bed and Queen bed sleeps 4 (two couples ideally), complete with luxurious linens, clothes ironing setup, hair dryer, lotion, and more little extras. Romantic touches and artwork throughout. In-cottage spa services include creative massages & facials that combine various techniques and organic treatments -- pamper yourself while you're living here in paradise!

Forests are framed from every window. Master has a tiled pathway to private patio. Hike down to heritage oaks and enjoy the views.

Roomy Living room & Dining area with ceiling fans.
Luxurious leather sectional with recliners and sofa-bed.  DVD, VCR, Satellite TV with over a dozen premium movie channels(Starz/Encore), XM Digital Radio, CD/Cassette Stereo system, books and games, DVD library (dozens of titles), all in the oak entertainment center. Romantic wood-burning fireplace (firewood available in town).

Fully-Equipped Kitchen:

Ceramic tiled counter tops.  Tiled floors.

Dinnerware for 4.
Coffee maker, blender, pots and pans.
Radiant burner stove, oven, microwave, toaster oven.
Full-size refrigerator.
Plenty of condiments, spices, extra virgin olive oil & balsamic vinegar. Provided on arrival: cereal, coffee, tea, orange juice, pastries, chocolate.

Other comments:
Laundry room with washer & dryer, ironing equipment.

This is country living, nothing too fancy.

Summer temperatures average 55 low and 85 high, heat waves can make that 60-100 all in one day.  There is A/C in both bedrooms, and management of windows and shades is recommended here.

Guests should expect lots of wildlife, which means deer, fox, quail, woodpeckers, bluebirds.  Most people appreciate that; but we also have occasional sightings of frogs, bats, skinks and various insects.

Lots of parking space, lots of space everywhere.

Some Rules: No Smoking. No pets without prior approval. Follow all posted hot tub rules. Not advised for kids without constant supervision.
