Reservations

Your reservation is secured with a deposit by credit card.  Deposit amount is $100 for each night reserved. Balance is charged to your credit card 30 days before arrival.   Check-in is self-service with a lockbox code.

The following information is used to make your reservation:

· full name of person responsible for the rental contract

· contact information - cell phone and email address

· payment information - includes credit card number, expiration, security code, and billing address

Availability: see our online calendars (Farmhouse & Villa).  We update the calendar after each reservation.

Reservations:  please call to confirm your vacation time on our calendar.  An email request will hold your requested nights for 24 hours, as long as they are available when requested.

Two-night minimum on weekends.  The Cottage is best enjoyed for a full weekend or a week; but if you need a single night at the last minute, please call us. We will accommodate a one-night stay when booking less than 7 days in advance, or when your night is next to an existing reservation.

Note:  some areas may require supervision for children (rock wall, hot tub, deck, steps);  please call for more information.

Checkin/Checkout:

arrive anytime after 5pm (we allow early check-in whenever possible)
check-out by noon (later check-out is sometimes available, up to 2pm)

Cancellation Policy:
Upon cancellation, all refundable payments (less minimum 5% fee*) are returned immediately. Payments (less fee) are always refunded if the cottage is re-rented to other guests for all reserved nights, or a portion of rent refunded for each night re-rented.
