Your reservation is
secured with a deposit by credit card. Deposit amount is $100
for each night reserved. Balance is charged to your
credit card 30
days before arrival. Check-in is self-service with a
lockbox code.
The following
information is used to make your reservation:

Reservations:
please call to confirm your vacation time on our calendar. An
email request will hold your requested nights for 24 hours, as long
as they are available when requested.
Two-night
minimum on weekends. The Cottage is best enjoyed for a
full weekend or a week; but if you need a single night at the last
minute, please call us. We will accommodate a one-night stay when
booking less than 7 days in advance, or when your night is next to
an existing reservation.
Note: some areas may require supervision for children
(rock wall, hot tub, deck, steps); please call for
more information.
Checkin/Checkout:
arrive anytime
after 5pm (we allow early check-in whenever possible)
check-out by noon
(later check-out is sometimes available, up to 2pm)
Cancellation
Policy:
All payments are returned if the cottage is rented for all reserved nights, no matter when you cancel.
If your reserved nights
are not rented to others, then the following policy may apply:

cancellation
within 24 hours of making reservation, and >10 days
before arrival: all payments
returned minus $60.

cancellation >60 days before
arrival date: all payments
returned minus $60.

cancellation >30 days before
arrival date: all payments
returned minus $160.

otherwise,
payments returned only for re-rented nights.
In cases of natural
disasters or urgent family situations, we prefer to offer credit for another stay
-- even if we are unable to re-rent your reserved nights. Honesty
and sincerity are always respected.
